Ok this may be a stupid question for a lot of you but sorry, I know very little about politics and the way the system around them works.
I know that it is legal in the state of Texas to carry a firearm as long as you have a license to do so. What would it take to grant us this same law regarding automatic knives? Do any of you guys think getting a petition started would help any? I know I am not the only Texan that would like to carry an automatic knife. Some laws just don't make any sense.
1. Guns in my personal view are more deadly than knives. I say this because bullets can go through walls of buildings hitting innocent people or bystanders on a street. I don't think knives can do that...
But yet carrying guns is ok.
2. Just about anyone can snap open a thumbstudded liner lock just as quick as any automatic. Maybe a fraction of a second faster?
