This was my second mini 15. I sent my first which wasnt single detent in for a blade swap. Got a whole new knife in return.

Anything new out of the shop over the last few years will be single detent, regardless of model.

The EX-100 is a dope design.

$125. I'm sure it was just the blade and the "show side" liner that was replaced but other than the blade being messed up the rest of the knife was like new. So for a $125 it felt like a new knife to me.
