The New Snark Thread

i repainted the inside of my snow blower "ford blue" and the rotors are "tool box red" - it's pops :D
I've been sorta bringing this old truck back to life, but more for using it rather than going whole hog and making it nice.

New shocks, motor from a 94 donor, new door panels, updated lights all around, changed all the oils in the drivetrain, etc.

It's definitely a workhorse, and I don't mind dents and scratches too much.

Probably need to put a new windshield in it, and grind away the rust under the old one.

I get wet when it rains lol.

My old Harly became someone's engine's donor.

My one about of over a week of owning 5 motorcycles till I got the karma hint not to have one. The only "FORBIDDEN ORDER" to ever have one I ever followed the old man thought he commanded to never ever have. He hated it when I had fun ever.

Question for our southern participants:
What's the best thing to use on fire ants in southern Mississippi over near the La border?
Flamethrower and nukes are off the menu, since I'll be camping with other folks.

In the 1954 documentary "Them", James Whitmore and James Arness do in fact kill giant ants with flame throwers, as well as bazookas and Thompson's SMG's. Service revolver's proved ineffective, even at short range and cyanide gas was questionable imho. M1 Garands proved effective if deployed in mass numbers. Nukes are right out since that's what presumably caused the gigantism in the first place!

I think they're due to hit us this afternoon. I'm still expecting more snow, but it's starting to look like that might be mostly done for the season.

we had a lot of wind overnight and some more this morning, but it calmed down after a couple of hours of rain.

Spring is here at daytime, still freezing during the nights

At last, the rain season showeth promise of reprise from the ever present threat of drought, verily.

Be it known by these presents, Greetings!
(I hate insurance companies, especially the H.O. kind.)
If my H.O. insurance company was hanging by a line over the edge of the Devil's Backbone trail, I'ld reach for my BK9.
