Super cool, love to see that. Find it very impressive to see the big birds on the hunt.Lame! I guess I'll need to figure that out so I can share my hawk.
So in the last idk how long it's been since I last checked in here I've done a few things. By far the coolest thing I got into is falconry. I'm a falconer now. I have a red tailed hawk named Blaster. She finally doesn't want to kill me (all the time) now which is nice. Our hunting season was short and we hardly saw any game. Because of that we didn't have a successful hunt, but I think I learned a lot. I really just wanna share a picture of my hawk on the internet.
I haven't made a knife or sheath for around 5 years. Things have been busy or I've been staying busy.
Hell who's left around here? I saw a few familiar names in my lurking.
I doubt I'll upgrade again. I obviously don't come play enough for that anymore.no clue - I just keep my gold and do direct uploads
It is super cool. They have personalities just like everything else.Super cool, love to see that. Find it very impressive to see the big birds on the hunt.
I'll have to figure out if I still have an account there and how to get in it. Thanks! Many use imgur
Thanks buddy! Glad to see you're still kickin around here!Dude! Welcome back, what an entrance! :-D
I've seen that one a few times. It's not as hard as the internet makes it seem. Depending on the state there are different rules but that's about what it is. If like to get a great horned owl eventually.I wanted to get into falconry. I read that you had to find a master falconer to teach you how, then it took 2 years to become a general falconer, and another 5 years after that to become a master falconer. Here's one of my favorite videos on how to capture and train:
I would have a hard time doing it these days. I'm on disability now. Not impossible, just difficult.I recommend looking more into it. There aren't that many left. I guess there are only around 200 licensed falconers out here in my state.
I'm sorry to hear that bro. I hope your still able to get it to play at least.I would have a hard time doing it these days. I'm on disability now. Not impossible, just difficult.
Holy fun! (I assume that f word is ok to use?)Have had many health issues. Nearly died of covid at the end of 2020. Double covid pneumonia, etc. Did a week in the hospital, and over 3 months at home on oxygen. Suffering from long covid. Then at the end of 2022, I had influenz a, double pneumonia, diagnosed with copd, blood clot in my right lung, and covid again, all in the same month. 3 trips to ER 3 weekends in a row. Not to mention arthritis, tendonitis, and tendinosis in various parts of my body. Fun, fun...
