Right off the bat the only word that comes to mind is ”napsahtaa”, meaning ”snaps” (like ”puukon hela napsahtaa lestaan” = the brass hilt snaps (clicks) to the lesta, wood or plastic liner in the sheath). Napsahtaa can of course be used in many other places like snap so I’m not sure if that’s the word you are looking for.Somewhere (it might have been Old Forest Bushcraft on YouTube) I came across the Finnish word for the click sound a puukko makes when seated into a nicely fitting sheath. Can anyone here remember what that word is?A.L. ?
