Hello Everyone,

Just finished up this k tip gyuto.

41 layer coppermascus with an Apex Ultra core. Forged in house.

The handle on this one is a piece of American oak from the "Alfred D Snow".
Built in Maine, USA. She ran a ground just off Broomhill on the Hook peninsula in Co.Wexford, Ireland in early January 1888. The 28 souls on board lost their lives.
