The Traveling Spyderco Delica. . .

On a slightly related note, Bluey stepped in for the assist to cut an old t-shirt into bandages before I could get him to the vet. No pictures of this effort because I was a bit occupied with the first aid and it wasn't too much of a photo op.

So Bluey made it home today. We spent some time browsing the Factory Store in Golden.

He hung out with a couple sprint runs in Maxamet steel. (side note - The WANT is high on these! Really looking forward to trying out some Maxamet steel soon). There was a nice lineup of Delicas, but none in the Bluey orange.

There is a very nice display in the store of some steel from Ground Zero

Then to cap off the day. I had some questions about the LC200N steel mule team blade. Who would step up to answer my questions but Gail Glasser. She was extremely helpful and very pleasant to chat with. She went and got Pete to come out to answer a couple questions as well, which I was very thankful for. Gail told me a couple stories about why they do things the way they do. She was fun to chat with. Pete excused himself and reminded her they had a meeting to get to. She acknowledged that, but kept on chatting. About 10 minutes later, Sal himself came out and introduced himself, and reminded her she needed to be somewhere. Very genuine, down to earth folks. It was a treat, for sure.

Great pics TR, thanks for sharing that trip to Spydie HQ in Golden.

Bluey is a fine slicer (with an apparently very fresh edge from Cambertree Cambertree - thanks for that!)

Thanks, I worked up to the Ultrafines on the Sharpmaker, before Bluey headed off.

I hope your hound's ok, TR, and back soon to how he looked in the first photo!

Hey - does anyone have a good way to contact MostMenAreRuthless MostMenAreRuthless ? I've sent a message and an email. I'd like to move Bluey along to the next user, but haven't seen him around here lately.

If anyone knows him, can you ping him and see where he may be? Thanks, TRfromMT

Now that I am all caught up...

Mr Brownstone MIA from to many Beans

Bluey from down under continues the odyssey.

Best thread ever... Not even the might PM2 can touch this.

Sorry for the delayed response folks!

TRfromMT--great pics and great adventures abound!

Bluey is now headed from Colorado to the great state of Minnesota where Devdev98 will be his caretaker for awhile.

Please see post number one for mileage updates!

Good afternoon Bluey Watchers! I have sent the current host an email requesting an update!

I Have also added a few more hosts to the queue so we should see Bluey traveling again soon!

Hey everyone sorry for not posting about my time with Bluey! Him and I have been hard at work as this is the busy season for me but I have remembered to take pictures just not post them.

So here is the picture of him the day I picked him up.

That night he told me he wanted a bath and a lube job.

During Blueys first week he helped me get one of our clients fall pots together just some simple string needed cutting and he did that with ease.

Same day he helped me cut some more string that was holding up a ficus tree in pot that kept blowing down in the wind. But it's the time of the year for them to get put back inside for winter.

I'll post some more Bluey stories soon!
