The "Whatever" Thread

That looks like it smarts!
So I went to the knife store today....

Some sort of one off convertible hatchet/bayonet thing, about a foot and a half long bit me good. He showed me, step by step, how it worked before i even touched it. I couldn't figure out what it was. Design might need a little work.

The true lesson learned was, shortly thereafter in CVS, by the reactions of the pharmacy staff: I, walking with purpose, snagging Gorrilla glue off the shelf, opening it with my teeth, as i laid my fileted fingers on the counter, with a friendly, 'hey ya gotta sec? I need an extra hand.'

We always need to keep on mind, others don't necessarilly share our experience.

$200 deductible, at the ER, tanking the whole night, with the day off tomorrow
or
$6.25 + tax for super glue. I also switched my rx's to this much more convenient location. 2fer on that stop.

The choice is obvious. 😁

Happy Thanksgiving, all. Enjoy the time with your family.

Awesome....I think you saved Way more than $200

Well had an 11 1/2 hour back surgery. Restoring straight razors since I can't do leather work for a few more months. I bought alot of antiques to restore. Bought alot of different stones as well. I need to find a water of ayr and a translucent Arkansas stones for a good price to make it worth it.

Hopefully your recovery goes smoothly. Every time I get a three month checkup and CT scan they find something else wrong with me.
Not good bro, I hope you get better soon. I hate contrast CT scan, I have to get them every other year to see if my kidney cancer came back. Then the nuclear medicine every r to make sure the kidney is working. All that contrast makes me sick for the rest of the day.
