Unless you've been living under a rock most people are well aware about Photobucket's recent history and the effect it's had on many places like this site when it came to lost images and the effect of turning useful threads into what amounted to lost storage.
In the past I posted a lot of images from Tom Williams, (Camillus's official Company Historian), for him and I know that for some of the members here they were a wealth of unique information.
With Photobucket's new policy changes I've seen where these broken links, (at least in the short term), are now reconnected.
From what I've read on their site it appears that this could be very short lived.
I'm posting this topic with the recommendation that if there are old posts that you wish you had taken steps to preserve for your own, there's no time like the present to take steps to do something about it.
