I learned from watching a Special program (probably TLC the learning channel- duh) about Cheetahs. Their bones are like the custom alloys we use in firearms and blades today. The bones are light for speed. The Cheetah is different in the design of the legs from other cats, built for running, and in the tradeoff losing more robust power. But they can attack, certainly more easily injured.

i lurve the smokey burnout... good traction, nice horsepower, but can it wheelie? i just learned how to wheelie at motorcycle at a clinic

Great posts Tedwca, fascinating.

Cheetahs kill thier prey by sufficating it, once they have it down as the cant shread an animal the same way a tiger etc can. .they "only" weigh 90 - 130 pounds usualy & as stated built for speed. {watched to much National Geographic, Discovery etc.}

Bengal Tigers usualy weigh 400 - 600 pounds
