Looking into the cost the quality was in my mind. I like Buck 120, but it was discontinued. Buck 119 is good, but it's bit smaller. Can you suggest me something similar to buck 120, with blade size not less than 7 inch and the quality of steel as good as 420, or whatever steel used in Buck knivesBudK stuff. High probability of low grade steel and not very good construction. But it's cheap.

As far as I am aware, although originally the Buck 120 was discontinued in the early 90s it is being produced again.Looking into the cost the quality was in my mind. Buck's 420HC is a good steel but there are many others. Because there are so many possible choices in the 7in plus range, you'd need to narrow down your preferences; handle type, learher or kudex sheath, etc etc.
It's a beautiful knife. I wish I can find a gigantic version of this knife. How is Buck 124 different from 119? Both knives are more or less the same size with same blade length
My friend, if you are looking for life time quality you aren't going to find it with under $30 knockoffs of Gil Hibben kniives. United Cutlery's versions are probably even better.1. Good quality of steel like 420HC (I have 3 Ka-bar knives too that uses carbon steel, I am a collector) but this time I need shiny steel with good qiality
2. Big blade thats minimum 7 inch, broad and thick, I like heavy knives
3. Premium handle, I don't know how to describe, I can only present with example, buck 120, 119, 124, these knives have a good sturdy premium handles.
4. Overall look and feel, again, difficult to descrbed, but these are some of the knives, which have a good look and feel

c. Buck 120, 119, 124
I keep knives for life so quality, matters, I have a pair of Buck 110 folding knives which I bought 12 years ago. I love the quality of those knives, I kept those knives in brand new condition
In my humble opinion, they're not even on the same planet.
The 124 is almost an inch longer (*guard to tip) than the 119, with a blade that is about a half-inch taller. While it may only be about .005 thicker in stock, the 124 is a full/exposed tang knife. The 119, on the other hand, is a full/hidden tang knife...with a tang that most likely runs about 3/8ths-inch tall through the handle.
Sure, the 119 is an absolutely wonderful and plenty-robust "hunting" knife. However, for me, the 124 easily falls into the robust "wilderness/"field"/"survival" knife arena. Despite it not being some sexy/novelty knife, in a sexy/novelty steel, the 124 could easily be a "make it our alive"-type knife, in my humble opinion. (*Buck's 420HC has proven to be plenty tough)
I can spend more than $150My friend, if you are looking for life time quality you aren't going to find it with under $30 knockoffs of Gil Hibben kniives. United Cutlery's versions are probably even better.
These knives from Amazon are not in the same league as Buck. Or many other long established brands for that matter. They are hardly worthy of any "collection".
I agree withAlone ’s assessment of the 120 vs 124. He has the lengths backwards the 124 is most definitely shorter than the 119.
The Buck 124 is about $185.I can spend more than $150
