It seems that the Time zones on your website are messed up. Somtimes it says the server is in -4 and sometimes -5, but-5 with an hour behind.

I know the server han not be in a -4 becasue its in the continental united states. Just bring it to your attention.
 
Click here and check your Time Zone and Daylight Savings settings.

If you're logged in, it should be personalized. If you're not logged in then they are the Server's default settings (GMT-5 Summertime)
 
It says that I am -5, when i am EST -5

-4 is like dominican republic and brazil or chile,
 
Are you counting for Daylight Savings?

I don't know where you're from, so please don't think I'm talking down to you, but in the US (although not myself, as Arizona doesn't do this), we have Daylight Savings, which pushes the time forward an hour during the summer months. I guess this was to give farmers an "extra" hour of daylight so they could...farm more(?). Basically it means the time the sun sets is perceived as being an hour later. The other half of the year (winter months) the time is pushed back, since I guess the farmers don't need it.

All I know is that it $#@%s up what time M*A*S*H is on, since we don't do it in Arizona.
