Hi Everybody,

I have been experimenting with carving kydex for years but I think I am now getting pretty good at it.

I have done quite a few carved kydex sheaths & holsters over the years.

Those that have been around awhile may have seen the "Tooled" kydex sheath I did for a Rat Daddy, many years ago.

My Son is a lot larger & older now. :)

Here is the newest one for a Battle Pappy.

I even stitched this one.

My buddy Hoss came over when it was done & laying on the table, he asked "who made the leather sheath for you ?"
He did a double take, picked it up & said wow.

How did you get the flames so nicely shaped and rounded edges ? Is it .060 Kydex for the flames ?

Skill and doing sheath work for 10 + years
