Traditional and Modern pairings

This is the first modern I have bought in ages. Been eyeing it up for a couple of years now but never could justify a splurge.Worked a bunch of overtime on a remote job and my wife convinced me to pull the trigger. Here it is next to my modified muskrat, my usual carry.

You’re right Jeff, black mamba . I had one of the 33 dog paws and it made all the sense in the world to pair them together. Except I just kept wanting something more substantial. The other criteria it checked; good blade combo, stainless, and I own(ed) it. I know I limited my own options quite a bit.
