Would like to see where I could get a Aurillac without being open all they way through the handle. I like the spear type blade with traditional handle. Or something with a spear point blade.

The one that found on a site had an open design so you can see all the way through it. So it is a modern interpretation. I did find another site that had French regional knives and different models.
