True or false, you can get a patina by cutting cardboard

This reads like the old ‘raise your hand’ test. Where you get to the last sentence and you’re only supposed to turn the paper over.
If so, I’ve yet to see patina on me.

Occasionally my hands will take on a purpleish hue when cutting silver maple, and I've gotten a rash from the juglone in black walnut when it's really hot... Cardboard not so much. I suppose if one handled enough of it, and you count callus as patina then maybe.
