Good day. I recently bought this Collins blade. It's supposed to be old but I want to make sure but finding more information using the SN. these blades where supposed to be widely used between 1850 and 1950, I would like to better date its manufacturing date. Attached some pictures.

Thanks in advance for any help,

1900 ish. The grip is a replacement. It would have been checkered Gutta Percha or wood

Span Am or earlier, used by Cubans and others. Lots of variations but google cutacha. There are Collins beast threads in the Bernard Levine room and many would answer.
