I like the combination of a blade with a little belly and one with a straight edge. Here's a couple of my favorites (an A.G. Russell pinched peanut in mammoth and a C. Bell in Sambar). Apologies for the dark photo (it was a stormy, dreary day).
At times a piece of cutlery can be so treasured, it's owner buys a second one just like it, not willing to be without.
