Hello friends, how are you?
Today I come to make available to you these two Chefs knives forged in carbon steel 52100 of integral construction.
The heat treatment was carried out in a controlled temperature oven.
Both come with a swine leather sheath.
The blade finish is satin, the collar and back are polished.
