The first is a 5 inch chefs knife made from 1/8 O-1 and brought to a RC of 58-59. 9.5 inches over all with 3/16ths stainless pins and Corian handles. Hollow ground on a 10 inch wheel and hair popping sharp. Feels great in the hand as well with a very high satin finish. $85.00 shipped to the lower 48.
The Second is a chopper or cleaver made from 3/16 O-1 and also brought to a RC 58-59. 7.5 inches over all with a 3.5 inch cutting edge. 3/16ths stainless pins and Corian handles. Hollow ground on a 10 inch wheel and hair popping sharp as well. Heavy little chopper that will get the job done. Feels great in the hand and has a very high satin finish as well. $75.00 shipped to the lower 48.
