Hello BF,

Burl is sold, Buckeye is sold, thanks. How about $129 for the Buckeye, shipped CONUS. Also, new pics below.

This is my six inch classic chef's knife.

OAL is 11, and cutting edge is 6 1/8. Thickness is 1/16 inch, Blade is 1 1/2 inch spine to edge.

Handles are WSSI stabilized Maple Burl and Ohio Buckeye. Primary grind is full flat.

Held by brass Corby Rivets. These ATS 34 knives are heat treated, cryogenically treated, and tested to guaranteed Rc of 59-61 by Peters of Meadville, PA.

Thanks for looking, John

Hey John, I'll take the buckeye. PM sent.

Hmmm... don't see a PM button, I'll try an email.

Thanks Jim.

We're still using the first knife I tried to make for you, in our home kitchen :)

Glad you are enjoying yours!

Regards,
John

Nice! A 6" chef is the single most useful knife in the kitchen, and this is a great interpretation. I'll be watching for the next release.
