is the CRKT Bear claw a ripp off of the emerson lagriffe?

I just picked one up and it had reminded me of it.

I just went to crkt's website and couldn't find the Bear Claw. Could you post a picture of it or pop a link up. I would be very interested in seeing it compared to a le griffe.

is the emerson La Griffe a rip-off of the Fred Perrin La Griffe ?

The Emerson la griffe is made with the permission of Fred Perrin. It says, "Fred Perrin Design" on the Emerson la griffe.

For anyone who owns both a Perrin and Emerson La Griffe does the curvature of the Emerson improve function or have any other advantages over the Perrin straight blade ?
