Unknown Sword Identification

It looks like somebody took a broken tourist sword from India, welded on a new bolt as a stick tang, reused the guard and maybe the grip after unwrapping it or maybe even carved a grip then topped it off with a motif via an engraving tool. Whatever it is I don't think I'd trust it to cut anything. That's just a guess. The parts could be from anything or entirely handmade. I think it's got some pre-made parts in it because the blade grind and guard greatly surpass the tang construction and the grip, but if the grip was covered that would hide a lot of flaws and in the tourist sword market they don't much care about perfect construction. Hacksaw that extra bolt bit off and hang it on the wall of the man cave.
