After receiving my Rosewood/Magnacut 110 a few weeks ago, I was quickly disappointed with the blade centering on the one that I got. (pics below and Thread posted).
I got a message from Matt at Buck shortly after, and said that it was a quick fix. I got a pre-paid postage label, and he had me send it to his attention directly. I sent it a couple days later and all was quiet... Yesterday, when I got home, exactly two weeks after sending it, I had a small Buck box sitting on my counter.
Same knife/blade was fixed (not just a replacement). Blade is centered, and action is tight and smooth.
I just wanted to say that I was impressed with the attention and quick turnaround. Thank you Matt!
