Valor knife question

I came into a Valor 175-LBX knife. It has about 10 different gagets on it and was wondering if anyone know anything about this knife. I have been googling and not finding much. Nothing with this number on it. The guy who gave it to me thought the man who gave it to him said he had it during WWII. No sure if that is true but that is what he told me.
