Wait... In the first picture, how does the sword remain upright?? The tip isn't buried nearly far enough into the wood to keep it vertical. Is there someone in a high-desert ghillie suit holding it up?

Wind here is strong enough to hold a sword upright like that. Look at the pine tree - all the branches been blown clean round to far side of the trunk

“Is there someone in a high-desert ghillie suit holding it up?”

No no - just the tip. I promise!! ;)

Is this still available

Should be, boss! Usual order of operations is to post that you're claiming it. Some of the guys just say "EMS", which is "email sent". Once Yangdu gets back to them, they'll announce that they've purchase it with "DD", or some other way of saying "done deal". Once the money clears, Auntie will replace the price with the word "SOLD", in red.

Long story short, if you still see a price, it can be yours.

The above is mostly true but some don't bother to post that they EMS'd, (also known as sharks) sometimes Yangdu is busy and doesn't get around to marking the item sold. Also known and just busy little lady) The only sure fire way to get r dun is to email Yangdu and ask.
