An interesting thing happened at the Janesville show also this last weekend.
I had all my Randall's there to display Ge Yellow micarta's and mini's. Others to trade or sell.
Had my mini #3 with me. I had sold serial number #788 when it arrived from Randall. Bought my 2 limit last year when offered. Was one of the lucky customers because they sold out in about 5 days.
Had a customer offer me a mini #3 at a resonable price he had also ordered his 2 limit last year and wanted to keep one.
I asked what number he had with him to sell it was #786 we made the deal. I had forgot what number mini 3 I had till I put the one I just bought in the display case next to mine.
The hair went up on the back of my neck when I compared numbers mine that I keeped was #787.
So what are the odds to be 300 miles from home find the other lower number to make a pair again. And that this other guy had wanted to sell and only brought #786 to trade or sell.
Keeping #785 for himself.
