I’m waiting for the Alpha Hunter/Scout to come in stock. Spring? They had high hopes for February. Then when that changed they said early March? April or maybe May? They are just building my anticipation and that’s ok by me.

I'd really like to see a new Alpha next to one of the old ones.

Got the valox one, have a few already, the carbon is nice. Just couldn't pay that $8 for shipping lol. Rumor is they are going to phase them out, can't hurt to have another one squirreld away.

Been waiting for the new 664 Alpha Hunter to release at buck. I was worried the 105 Heritage would sell out as it completes my one and only Heritage series, so finally gave in and ordered the 105 H and gonna try out a 113 Ranger as well.
Gonna blow my budget if that Alpha Hunter hots now.
Anyone have a 113? Looks cool to me.

I'm curious why this thread doesn't show up in searches with 'mail' in the title? Puzzling...

I have the two Empress carving knives at the bottom of the photo showing up soon - they are the long ones from the three-knife set. I ordered one and then found the second one in an odd place while looking for information on the first...so now I'll have two. I couldn't tell from the photos if they are black or burgundy micarta. Photos were terrible and are heavily enhanced.

The Moki should be a little shorter but provide similar function.

My Magancut 110 experiment was/is a success and it looks like Buck thinks so too. But it might be a very long time before we see a 112 made with it. I really don't want to wait that long lolol! And I seriously doubt Buck will make a DP 112 blade with this new steel..This Custom 112 by Mr.Stoner on a V-1 has intrigued ever since I first seen a sold listing for this knife. He is known for a few dozen rebladed 110's but mostly for his own Customs and I'm guessing by the 000 number this is his prototype for a 112. I think its the most blade you could fit in a 112 frame. And I absolutely love the look!
I just placed a order for this blade profile to be made in Magnacut. And when it's completed I plan to have put it in a nickel bareheaded frame. I haven't quite decided exactly what handles but leaning to a oversized oily Black old growth Ebony with pure silver inlays. This will not be a 'normal' 112 Custom but something truly unique..
