I've never heard of TOREL and could find no information, but it looks to be a good quality sheath.

I can see some knicks in the edge, but otherwise the knife doesn't look too bad.
Hopefully they sharpen out with little trouble .
I am not necessarily in love with the shape of it compared to the squared Buck sheaths I'm used to, but the quality looks good and I do like the Deer scene so it could easily grow on me.I'm liking that sheath! (Nice knife also.)
