I broke my old SOG the other day. I needed to bend a toilet handle rod into an "s" and didn't want to screw up/tweak my Arc, so I grabbed "old faithful" and snapped one side of the pliers off. I'll miss it, this was my edc for many, many years.

Sorry to hear that. I would reach out to SOG and see if they would send you a new pliers jaw. Looks like an older PowerLock so they should be able to assist you.

You know I probably shouldn't have bought a PST II. It's just so easy to carry and easy to use. Love all the other leathermans i have. The PST is just a practical in between size from the juice to wave or P4. So the PST gets more edc time. If I do plan on a lot of use, the wave or p4 are the go to.

They are all Chinese made stuff now, I'll probably just let it go. I do still have an old American made SOG Paratool.

Good question mitch13 . The reason we stud our boots are icy trails, yards, roads, and what have you. It's about the only help that keeps a guy or gal upright at this time of year.

mitch13 , good question. It would be a hinderance driving, and destructive on contact to more than just "grandma's hardwood floors"

I only use them for walking, hiking, outside work and such.
