What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

This Schatt & Morgan Heritage Series ebony jack is a very nicely made knife. She’s a keeper. I have two from the series now, along with the cattle knife in jigged bone, and seems ill be after more from the run.

I’m a fan of sturdy old Jackknives. And new ones that honor them.🤙

Love the Soldier 64, Jose’.
My trusty SAK that never seems to leave my pocket for my carry today. Wearing my tree wedding ring for my states Arbor Day today. I hope all you tree lovers out there have a great day! (And non tree lovers too!)

We’ll mark 43 years this month, with no plans to start over (as far as I know), if I needed a new wedding ring, I’d look for one like that.🤙
Actually, I do need a new one. Beginning with building a walnut cradle while waiting for our first son, I wore through one of the twisted gold wires using folded over sandpaper. I “fixed” it with a glob of silver solder, but it’s ugly.
What I believe to be a Case stockman factory second or lunch box knife from the 70s.View attachment 2543654

Wow, that is an amazing accomplishment for you all!

I actually have a few wedding rings, plus the one I actually got married with. It might seem a bit much, but I like changing up things every once in awhile, or wearing silicone ones for safety reasons.

That does not surprise me you fixed it, you seem to be quite the tinkerer/handyman.

That tree ring of mine I got at a Renaissance Festival in KC. However you can find similar/better made ones on a craft selling website that rhymes with "Betsy". I would just search for Ygdrassil or tree of life to bring up similar rings.

First it's the wind, then shingles flying off the roof, then locating a contractor and getting a bid, then filing a claim with the insurance company, then the back and forth, and around we go. Ain't life grand!!!??? ??????? for breakfast- Cindy isn't up yet. Carrying this Lambfoot today.
