What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

IMG_1649.jpeg
Both are fabulous! 🤠 :thumbsup:

To taunt me, Mrs.F says she will sell my knives for $10 apiece when I pass.😱
How are you feeling?
Not well, my wife's trip is ending soon.😂
😁 That's entertainment!!! :thumbsup::cool::thumbsup:

Notice how our annual physical with the Doc has been dumbed down to an annual “Wellness Check”?
At least for those of us on Medicare…
True fact, Jeff! :rolleyes:🤓
Do you get 3 words to remember and then recall 5 minutes later? I've had the same 3 words the past 3 years (chair, banana, sunrise).
Earlier this year, many of the questions I had to answer during previous in-office Wellness Checks (about diet, eating alone, number of rugs in the house, etc.) were addressed by phone the day before my appointment.

Good Morning Porch Dwellers.
Just can't keep the Stag Trapper out of my pocket.
It was a grail and a friendly deal, but I hate seeing it just sitting in safe.
It's far too good to be ignored.
That's a long, lean, and lively pair, John! :thumbsup::thumbsup::cool:

Sheepsfoot ‘n’ Sawcut

Highly handsome knife! :thumbsup::cool::thumbsup:
Do you still have locks that actually use that style of key? I have several keys like that (but with simpler shapes at the end of the "stem") in the bottom of my toolbox, but I don't think I've used one for at least 50 years.

Was feeling a fancy carry day so I threw these two in the pocket today.

Freakin' Fancy Fersure!! :cool::cool::thumbsup:

Vivacious vintage Schrades! :thumbsup::cool::cool:

Camillus Stockman and a VOOS Jack Knife

Bone Bonanza!! :cool::thumbsup::cool:

My daughter had her 8th grade graduation today, so I carried something a little fancy for the occasion.

Congrats to your daughter on her school milestone! :thumbsup::thumbsup::cool:
My daughter and I were best buddies up until 8th grade graduation, but her interests and friendships expanded after that and left Dear Old Dad proud, but nostalgic. :rolleyes:🤓

Heavenly Horn, Bob! :cool::thumbsup::thumbsup:
The night before you posted these, I took a couple of photos of the beautiful horn Bruckmann you sent me along with a new-to-me "Belgian- style ale" I found during my grocery shopping. The ale is called Horny Monk. ;)

Pretty Pair of Pocketknives! :thumbsup::cool::thumbsup:

Too funny... With a blade etch that says, "you use 'em, you lose 'em". 🤣
Crackin' me up... 🤣 :thumbsup:
Gotta say, "Same to you, John!" 😁:thumbsup:

Have a great day, fellas!!! 👊🏻

Who's a Good Dog?? :cool::cool::thumbsup:

Good Morning Porch Dwellers
I'm showing off my new Albers Lambsfoot
A very generous gift from Paul @Jakeywax31 and Bob @Rufus1949

Congrats on the lovely Lambsfoot, John, and kudos to Paul and Bob for their legendary generosity! :thumbsup::cool::cool:
I like how you put it up on a post to see who salutes! ;)

My post today is a shout out to Rick @Heynowwww! A while ago I noticed Rick started posting his beautiful Albers and Charlie lambs on the Guardians thread. I asked him if he had any A. Wright lambs and he said no. I told him that I’d gift him one of mine. Long story short Rick asked me if I was going to the Rendezvous so he could return the favor. I told him my mobility issues prevented me from going. Well, yesterday I received a package from Rick that made my day! I want to thank Rick for his thoughtfulness and kindness! I’ll let the picture tell the rest of the story! 😀

Congrats on the fantastic knife, Dan! :cool::thumbsup::cool:
I have one just like that (except an older run) and it's just a dream knife!

Buck 319. Stainless and synthetic is a winning combination on days like this.
Nice photo, Mike! :thumbsup::cool::thumbsup:
I like hot weather, but when the dewpoint hits 70, that's oppressive even for me! o_O:eek:

That is a fine pocket knife.
I like the heat, but had to get up at midnight last night, and drink a glass of salt water.
Himalayan pink sea salt. Is it true that has trace minerals from the ocean motherlode?
Sorry. The colored knives are lost in the camoflage.
Nice pics.
You could get by just fine with nothing other than the black one.

I said could, not would.😀

We have a hot spell coming.
I see you’re using the hot spell as an excuse to put ‘ol Greensleeves back in the ciger box.🤔

Thanks guys :)
I wasn't doing anything extra strenuous-working on my motorcycle - but I could almost ring water out of my clothes when I called it quits yesterday afternoon.
Himalayan pink sea salt...🤔
Another internet rabbit hole no doubt 😀
