Work knife of the Week is a Rite Edge Miner. I really like the rosewood covers and the almost-sunk joint.

My Grandad toted a Camillus Silver Sword just like that 85, except the secondary was the usual pen. I'd prefer a coping blade like that one.
Geandpa's knife is retired in my drawer. The secondary spring is broken, and both blades are well used. Sharpened. Used, etc. I bought another off the internet to carry. It too, has blade wear but I don't notice it until Travman Travman shows us his that looks NOS.
I've not tried looking it up, but those knives are very old. Guess maybe pre-WWII. Wish I could ask Grandpa.
