    Wondering what it would be like to be a "one knife guy".
    Looking through my collection, I chose what I would deem to be my perfect knife.
    So, I am bound and determined to carry only this knife all the way through the month of October.

    Absolutely! It was the first time I'd had sausage since getting this guy in hand, so figured I'd use it as Mr. Bill intended! :D

    The plastic fork did come in handy on the sides!

    I recall seeing this picture before, when I looked up "patina" in the Dictionary!! Just excellent color and quality to it. Amazing knife all around.
