I'll try to keep this thread updated the best I can with pics of the latest going on. Rather than start a new thread every so often, I'll just keep reposting to this thread.

Folder parts - what they look like coming from the waterjet guy. They're nowhere near "done"....still plenty of work to do....just the "grunt work" is done!



BushMasters lined up, getting ready for glue-up...headed to KnivesShipFree.com

Next set of customer-ordered BushMaster knives - set out and tagged...ready for grinding and handle materials.

Nessmuk blanks ground out and prepped - ready for heat-treat.
With a big bunch of MUCK blades waiting for "their turn".....they're very patient!!!

For those interested.....this is how I organize my orders:

Those towers above can hold a total of 300 orders....which, is actually not enough to handle my entire backlog (600+ at the moment).

So, extra blanks hanging around waiting to go "in rotation" get stacked all over the shop. Here's a favorite gathering place:

And finished them yesterday.

Cute lil' guy....might have to find a way to keep one for myself.

Ah sweet, and they mention you in the description. I have been to Goldendale, WA... Not a good thing, but it is where BNW is located and uh, yeah. I'll support that knife effort and group for sure

Also managed to get some MUCK blades ground. Together with these Nessmuks - headed off to heat-treat.

And a quick pic of my setup for doing flat grinds.

Hmmm. Sold on my flat ground Bushcraft because it felt too handle heavy. Now that it has a skeletonized handle, I might have to reconsider.

Yes - that was one of the reasons I started skeletonizing the tangs at the waterjet stage. I wanted to be able to offer a larger handle...and with a flat ground blade....definitely didn't want it to get *more* handle heavy.
