Hey guys, and Eathen, I had a quick question for ya.

What are the new handles going to..... handle like?:D
does this Grimory have some of the same features as GV6H?

How about this for a handle question.
I have small hands and although I love using the BK9, the smoothness and width of the
handle make it difficult to use for long periods of time. I've got a tight lanyard on it, but
always have the fear of having the knife slip out of my hands.

I'd use grip tape on the handle like lots of others have done, but that would definitely
make the handle too thick for me.

Is it possible to get thinner handles?

Hi Ethan,

Thanks for setting up on BF. This is going to be such a coooollll:cool:
forum.

Not a problem on the handles. I have some black walnut hanging around,
so I'll take it over to my brothers woodshop and make up some handles.

How are the handles attached? Is it hard to take them off?

And when I'm finished, I'll be very sure to put up pics...

Very cool francis.
I've been thinking about putting custom handles on it for awhile, ever since I saw a
post in the WS&S where a guy did that. Didn't want to take a chance and damage
the original handles though.
If I get time this weekend, I'm going to get started on that little project.

Hi Dave, i bought a BK7 that had been modded by Ranger Knives, basically slimmer micarta scales. here is a pic of a stock BK7 vs the modded one. You might like to go this route:

Hey Dave & Chewbacca....

The fasteners are very standard 10-24 SS socket head cap screws... Sooo- if you need to change the length or screw up, your local hardware should be able to provide replacements.....

Micarta accessory handles are coming soon and I hope before Blade....
