What's the repair turn around time for a Gun Hammer?

Well, I need to send my new Gun Hammer in for adjustment. It has a lot of side to side blade movement regardless how I adjust the pivot bolt. I assume it may just be a manufacturing defect. I am not too bumbed. I am sure it will come back 100%. I am just wondering what the turn around time will be?

In my experience, about a week after it gets delivered to Darrel.

Also, enclose a brief, detailed note about the issues.
 
That's pretty good. I enclosed a note and asked to have the edge sharpened. I spoke to Lisa on the phone before I sent it out today. I would assume Darrel will go over the entire knife and make sure it meets his standards.
