where do you buy quality split rings in bulk?

By bulk, I mean 100 or 1000 pieces. By quality I mean USA or Japan. I know of one solid company in Wisconsin, but I am curious if there are others as well.

On that popular online auction site, I noticed that there are many advertised as "Made in USA", but when I ask the seller which company made them or where in the US, the answer is a non-answer, if they answer at all.

Are you building lures to sell? 1,000 split rings is a lot. Rosco makes quality terminal tackle.

Yup, I make lures for my personal use. They are too crude and ugly to sell, but they work well and are much more durable than the commercial stuff, not to mention cheaper. I am no artist and even less of a salesman. :D:D
