Where oh where has my 880sp gone?

Last Tuesday I shipped my buck/strider 880sp back to buck to have it reconditioned (it had some blade play). Well low and behold usps lost it they have no record of it past me paying for delivery confirmation and insurance. Now what to do, I miss my knife (boohoo) and don't have anything to replace it with. Buck has not receivied it I called I hope usps will insure me so i can buy a new one. Thanks. :( :mad:
 
I called Buck today and they said they received it yesterday and have already begun to repair it. Thank God it didn't get lost. Funny, USPS still hasn't posted anything on the tracking. Oh, well thay have it and all is well. Can anyone tell me how long it usually takes to get this beast back to me? I had it sent in to be re-conditioned ie blade play. :D
 
I sure like stories with happy endings! :D
If we already started on it, It should be back in the mail to you this week.
 
Coool, I love that knife it has saved my butt more than once. It's built like a tank. Thank you. :D :eek:
