Where to buy controller and thermocouple? ? ?

My heat treat oven is 110 volt, 13 amps and 1850 watts.

I want to buy a digital controller and thermocouple- but the internet sites assume I know something about the hardware- which I don't. I want a 0-2200 degree digital readout.

Can anyone point me to a place that has info in plain english, or maybe to a brand and model?
