Yes, a tek-lok, on the front side of the sheath. The sheath then goes inside my belt, but not inside my waist band of my pants. I managed to adjust things so the edge of the blade doesn't slice anything on the draw, like the first belt loop.

I experimented a few different ways with the tek-lok, (including your 30* option), and found that a vertical placement on the front side of the sheath, mounted high on the spine side, works best for me to conceal under just a t-shirt worn un-tucked. Like you, I wear the sheath between belt and pants.
I may try some other options along the way, but it does hug that bad boy close to the body and keep it relatively covert.
