Which CPK are you carrying today?

PSA in case Roland's pictures have made you check the color settings on your monitor. Here's a properly prepared cup of coffee.

Made sure there were no nose-buggers under the scales, put froglube there and switched to my own Torx screws.

Props for Retired UPS Driver Retired UPS Driver :)

First-off, I love the BFK in any configuration as the most practical and comfortable camping knife around.

Secondly, I have a healthy respect for Spyderco’s overall line of knives while having a love/hate relationship with specific models. In general, the Military does not interest me. Conversely, the Fluted Titanium Military is one I would very much like to own. Who says knife collecting has to be logical rather emotional sometimes?

The Kephart doesn't get enough credit over here. Obviously lacks the coolness factor for some .... not for me.

Agreed. And to take it a step further - the fact that it's so un-sexy and basic looking makes me love it even more. It's just a utilitarian knife that's deceptive in its usefulness. It's lightweight and easy to hike with, works well in the kitchen and in camp. And in D3V, it's taken to another level, and capable of a lot more than its looks might suggest.
