Which knife do you carry on the slopes?

I think I'd rather have a firearm in that situation, but a Spydie Civilian would be a good blade option.

Oh yeah, the question. A SwissChamp is the only knife I've carried while skiing.

Usualy i carry my SRK, i dont trust folder in a situation where i might be falling and moving around alot, where they mite open or get damaged, always go with a fixed.
 
This is a perfect example of why you should be prepared to defend yourself at all times. People think I'm absolutely nuts because I carry a knife everywhere I go - even skiing. You just never know when the sh.t might hit the fan.

By the way, I carry my Spyderco/Bladeforums Native in a neck sheath when I hit the slopes. Just let some young punkass snowboarder try something with me (no offense to snowboarders:D

Good question!

I'm going skiing in about a week and was wondering what knife to bring? Folder or fixed/ What are the auto laws in Colorado?
