Which Spyderco are you carrying today?

Weird Wednesday...grabbed the Spyderco "Bi-Fold", definitely the most unique side-opener in the collection 😂

Always makes me happy when I rediscover I own one of these .
I should just carry it but often gets set aside for the latest high vanadium this or that . . .
The shape of the handle around the pivot is PERFECT for me and what I look for and am often disappointed in not finding in other knives and the way the edge comes way back almost into the handle . . . well you got to love that . I have zero interest in a finger choils there but seem to carry a lot of knives with the choil and less edge .
What a man won't put up with to get a little more vanadium . . . I don't know .
Thanks for reminding me to pull my Mantra 3 out .

PS : yours looks like a modded Mantra :
? flipper delete ?
? my blade has some slight recurve and the edge at the plunge grind is lower ?

Yeah I removed the flipper and removed the recurve, it's slick now :) and can use the lock better. You do get a lot of cutting edge in a small edc package. Knife reminds me of my good friend, because he gifted it to me. He couldn't fit his larger hand comfortably. This Mantra has less space for your point and middle finger compared to first mantra, where you have almost endura like space for these same two fingers. It's closer to Delica, but then the flipper further takes away space.
I recently sharpened a tenacious for another buddy at work and that knife fits well in my hand, no choil.
