Which Spyderco are you carrying today?

Very nice! How are you liking the Hundred Pacer?

It's a beast in the kitchen, during the last time I had it in rotation I made carnitas (deboned a pork shoulder etc.) and it made short work out of that. Handles all kinds of food prep much better than my spydiechef did.
