who can customize a SAK?

I have an old Victorinox Recruit which I would like to customize. I have owned it since about '99, when I found it, and have carried it occasionally. What I would like to do is replace the red handle scales with solid slabs of yellow delrin. The knife has no tweezers or toothpick anymore, and the keyring was not on the knife when I found it.

Does anyone have a line on where I can have this done, and an approximate cost for the material and the work?
