Who still carries a Case Knife?

From yesterday, Teardrop with Wharncliffe helped cut drawer liner mat for the new storage.

Received this lizard skin as a gift recently. I think the handle is spectacular and overall, it's very good with no major gaps, but holy moly, that blade...... It's almost a spey. A little bit of time with a file will sort it out, but I wish they would lighten up on that buffer a little.

I seem to recall reading that Case uses vibratory tumbling to polish their knives in batches. I could be wrong, but that would explain why you never see one with a tip.

Sensational  Is this some new release? Very good the nail nick far forward, looks great and facilitates opening. What a great knife!

Thanks, Will

Great color & jigging. Also curious of the model.

pat9198 pat9198 what Tim and Will said - I have no knowledge of that pattern - but I like it! Very nice color and a unique frame.

It’s a full size single blade barehead trapper from a dealer exclusive release. They are not a supporting vendor here so I don’t think I can link to it. You should be able to find it by searching “BAREHEAD TRAPPER GREEN KENTUCKY BLUEGRASS BONE”.

My Father's Day carry. I gifted this one to my Dad in 2000 (maybe for Christmas, don't remember the event) - but when his health went down he gifted it back to me, still in the box. I carry it, as it was made for using by Case. I like stag for ceremonial days, and this surely is one of those days. Thinking of my Dad, who taught me about the hunting and fishing, about knives, about guns, about soldiering and about life. OH
