Who still carries a Case Knife?

The 62032 Texas Jack has become my new favorite Case pattern. This one was amber bone, but it was very lightly dyed. I fixed that with some Rit chocolate brown. View attachment 2976712View attachment 2976713

Looking good. 👍

If you don't mind me asking, how long did you leave it in the dye solution? Mine is lighter than I like, have been tempted to try a dye job but I haven't gotten around to it yet.

Did someone say Amber Bone?
In my pocket for the past week or so. 63032 CV
As near to a perfect pocketknife for my pocket as I'm able to find. If it was 5/16" shorter and the bolsters were more rounded,
it would check all the boxes on my "Perfect Knife" request form. Note: Possibly a recycled photo, but it's one of my favorites of the knife.

It went through two dyeing sessions. The first time, I forgot to add water, so it was in a solution of about 100% dye! I heated that to about 140 deg. F like it said on the Rit box. I didn’t time it, but I didn’t leave it on the stove very long. It picked up most of the color from the first dunking.

Thanks. Now I'm thinking several short dye immersions until I like the color better.
