Why I am disappointed in ATC and Andy

I just think it goes to show, U just can't please eveyone all of the time...People are gonna get lost in the shuffle and that is just business...But, u try and please everyone, do ur best, pick up the ball and keep going. I haven't know Andy Prisco & staff all that long, and was lucky enough to pick up my VT TAC at the NY show, so there was no "wait" involved. Since I've known them ATC has gone out of there way when i had questions about things from the mundane to the momumental. Andy even offered me to come by and do some throwin and smoke some cigars! How cool is that. Even went so far as, after i was mugged a couple of months ago, to take me hunting!...C'mon...Andy u are a class act...don't change a thing!

Yes Andy, you did extend to me a $50 discount and a sheath upgrade, and I took advantage of that and did appreciate it, however please remember why you did that...

I had called you 3 or 4 times looking for the certificate on the Roger's Spike hawk. You never returned my messages and I had to come here to the forums to get a response. Only then did you call me and offer the discount.

Andy, my complaint was never with the product. I regularly carry and show my NG VN Hawk while on duty. My complaint was with the lack of communication. When you say you are going to do something, I expect you to do it. I have been in the gun & knife business in various forms since 1974. I could have easily bought from the man in Montana but choose to support you.

As to the second party procurement of the First Year VN and the Light Infantry Hawk, those were sent to me by Bobby and I was under the impression that they came from ATC. If they did not, then my apologies.

I hope I can still be a customer with ATC.

I indeed "do what I say I'm going to do"...it may not just be on-time every single time. That's life.

We have no request from you for another LI Certificate...only a another Vietnam Certificate, which is already en route. We will now mail a replacement LI Certificate for you.

Feel free to purchase Tomahawks from the source of your choosing. You paid for ATC product, you received ATC product, and reported satisfaction. If you want to purchase additional ATC product in the future, you are certainly more than welcome. If you don't, that's your prerogative.

Your post opens the door to another subject, "Montana", which I will not even allow to develop further.
