Why were the Buck 119 and 117 Brahma leather handle discontinued?

customized the handle…since I am paracord lanyard maker….why not!
550 paracord casing with my special sauce outer coating…now its truely one of a kind 119 brahma

Nice is that over the leather? I’m an amateur part time paracord applier.
Mostly just lanyards. Did some keychain do hickies for a vets organization so service dogs can pick up dropped keys easier and some special lanyards so the dogs can open doors easier too. Would have no idea how to do them again. Paracord really test the old grey mater for me anyway.

yes….stripped the innerds out of the 550 cord, wrapped tightly against the leather, then heatbfused the ends and coated the surface with a crazy glue I use the fuses the paracord togeather and dries to hard shell. Handle is solid as rock, good texture and will not move or shift. I do a lot of coin lanyards…with same process.
